Sales Manager (fashion)

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the fashion segment.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding performance and foster a high-energy, results-oriented environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with brand objectives and product launches.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Oversee the negotiation and closing of major deals, ensuring favorable terms and long-term partnerships.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales management within the fashion or apparel industry.Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.Strong understanding of fashion market dynamics, customer behavior, and retail operations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make strategic decisions.Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and trade shows as required.
