Maintenance Manager

1. Develop maintenance and repair plans for all major equipment and facilities within the park, and arrange maintenance and repair work in the area according to the priority level of maintenance and repair;
2. Reasonably coordinate the allocation of maintenance and repair resources within the area, and promptly address the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities;
3. Develop and promptly update technical requirements and maintenance and repair process steps for maintenance and repair work, aiming to achieve the best maintenance and repair results at the lowest cost;
4. Oversee the maintenance and repair work carried out by all on-site professional suppliers, ensuring that professional maintenance and repairs are implemented in a timely manner, and that the maintenance and repairs are both timely and effective. Additionally, supervise the safety of the suppliers' on-site maintenance and repair work;
5. Be responsible for guiding employees in their daily work. When encountering difficult technical problems that need to be solved in a timely manner, coordinate with professional technicians to assist in resolving them promptly, or promptly coordinate with professional suppliers to solve them on-site;
6. Be responsible for the daily training of employees, formulate employee training plans and implement them, and continuously improve the professional and technical skills of employees;
7. Be responsible for evaluating employees' work performance, continuously enhancing their enthusiasm and subjective initiative, and improving work efficiency;
8. Be responsible for daily work safety management, including personnel safety and equipment safety, actively ensuring safe maintenance without accidents and zero casualties during the work process;
9. Develop procurement plans for maintenance and repair tools and consumables, and manage daily maintenance tools and consumables effectively;
10. Issue maintenance and repair reports and technical analysis reports based on the actual situation of on-site equipment maintenance and repair, and submit them to customers as decision-making basis for equipment renewal or renovation;
11. As a professional manager of engineering facilities, also serving as a professional engineer, responsible for providing technical support in electrical, HVAC, low-voltage, or other related fields;
12. Complete temporary work tasks assigned by the supervisory leaders.


1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electrical, HVAC, or electromechanical related fields.2. Has experience with Facility Management field is a must .With over 8 years of experience in equipment installation/maintenance and repair, and over 3 years of experience in team management.;3. Proficient in using computer office software4. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
