-study projects specification including legend, vendor list, and project specs.
-Ensure quoting and giving prices as per company standard pricing and discount strategy.
-Ensure getting the best prices from our Manufacturers.
-Ensure we get the best delivery time in order to align with the project delivery schedule.
-Manage and coordinates assigned job quoting activities.
-Determine most cost-effective fit of product to project specifications.
-Meet with vendors/suppliers to build strong and profitable relationships that -benefit the company and give vendors/suppliers incentive to drive more project opportunities to Robertson Electric.
-Maintain proper files for product quotes within company quotations program.
-Communicate critical information to purchasing and field associates that request information pertaining to vendors, products, pricing, and competitors.
-Ensure that there is no lost project data or unquoted project following the tender department processes.
-Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.-3 to 5 years of experience.-Strong Knowledge of electrical Products, power, and control.-Excellent Team Player.-Exceptional Communication Skills and well-developed interpersonal Skills.-Strong appreciation for excellence in customer Service.
