Human Resources Generalist

SG Group - Egypt - Cairo
  • Manage the full employee life cycle: onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Oversee attendance, leaves, and HR compliance through Zoho People.
  • Support recruitment activities (posting jobs, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Handle employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
  • Coordinate training, development, and internal communications.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.
  • Maintain HR records and generate reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian and KSA labor laws.
  • Contribute to HR projects, policies, and initiatives to support SG Group’s growth.

 


Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.2–4 years of HR experience (preferably in retail, beauty, or service industries).Hands-on experience with Zoho People is a must.Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law; exposure to KSA labor practices is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
