Tendering Specialist

  • Manage the end-to-end tendering process, including preparation, submission, and follow-up of bids for healthcare projects and services.
  • Analyze tender documents and requirements to ensure full compliance and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as legal, finance, and operations to gather necessary information and documentation for tender submissions.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of ongoing and upcoming tenders, tracking deadlines and submission statuses.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, to clarify tender requirements and resolve queries.
  • Monitor and evaluate tender outcomes, providing feedback and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Ensure all tender documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within specified timeframes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to tendering and procurement in the healthcare sector.
  • Support the negotiation of contract terms and conditions post-award, ensuring alignment with organizational policies.

2-3 years of proven experience in tendering, bidding, or proposal management, preferably within the healthcare or related industry.Strong understanding of tendering processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tender management software.Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.Fluency in English
