- Oversee all stages of décor and fit-out projects including concept design, tendering, planning, execution, monitoring, and handover.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams, contractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations, contractual requirements, and organizational strategy.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and cost control systems.
- Prepare and approve time schedules, quality assurance plans, and procedural manuals.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Provide regular project status updates to senior management and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Drive digital transformation and innovative solutions in project management through the application of AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design (Master’s Degree or MBA preferred). Minimum 20 years of experience in engineering, construction, and project management, with a strong background in décor/fit-out projects. Proven record of successfully managing large-scale international projects. Certifications: PMP (Must). Technical skills: Knowledge of design and engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.), plus awareness of digital technologies such as AI, Python, and automation tools. Multilingual: Arabic (Native), English (Fluent).
