We are seeking a skilled Product Owner he will be responsible for defining and developing products that address key business challenges and create impactful customer experiences he will work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to ensure product success. This is a highly impactful role, ideal for someone passionate about CRM technologies and their real-world applications.
Core Responsibilities:- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for CRM products, ensuring alignment with company overall vision and business goals.- Market Research & Customer Insights: Conduct in-depth market research and customer interviews to identify key pain points, opportunities, and trends in CRM applications.- CRM Solution Development: Work with CRM researchers and data scientists to define product requirements, ensuring that CRM models are well integrated into end-user applications and business workflows.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and sales teams to define product features, prioritize product backlog, and deliver solutions on time.- Metrics & Analytics: Define key product KPIs, track performance, and use data to make informed decisions to continuously improve the product.-Customer-Facing & Stakeholder Communication: Engage with customers, gather feedback, and refine product features based on insights. Communicate product vision, updates, and roadmaps to stakeholders at all levelsTechnical Skills :- Experience: 3+ years of experience in product owner, with a focus on CRM, or data-driven products.- Technical Background: Strong understanding of Saas technologies and data analytics. A technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred- Product owner Skills: Proven ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Strong experience in managing product lifecycle from concept to launch.-Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong data-driven decision-making abilities. Comfortable working with metrics and analytics tools to measure product success.- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across various levels of the organization.- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
