• Prepare and review contracts, subcontracts, and related documents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
• Support project managers and technical teams with contractual advice.
• Assist in monitoring contract performance and tracking deliverables.
• Prepare and review variations, change orders, and claims.
• Draft correspondence related to contractual and commercial matters.
• Prepare contract summaries and reports for management.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, and engineering departments to align contract administration with project objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Law, or related field. • 3–5 years of experience in contract administration or management within construction or infrastructure projects. • Familiarity with FIDIC and standard forms of contracts. • Good understanding of commercial and legal aspects of construction projects. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in MS Office. • Good command of English (written & spoken). • Hands-on experience in using CLAC for contract administration and reporting.
