- Design, review, and oversee the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for utility management and smart metering projects.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within overall project plans.
- Conduct site inspections and supervise on-site MEP works to ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for MEP systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MEP installations, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with IoT and smart metering teams to integrate advanced technologies into MEP systems.
- Ensure all MEP work adheres to local codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Manage procurement and selection of MEP materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Prepare progress reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders and clients.
- Support the continuous improvement of engineering processes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or a related field.2-4 years of proven experience in MEP engineering, preferably within utility management, smart metering, or smart city projects.Strong knowledge of MEP design principles, codes, and standards.Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design and modeling software.Familiarity with IoT solutions and integration within MEP systems is an advantage.Excellent project coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and multicultural environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.Proficiency in preparing technical documentation and reports.Willingness to work on-site as required (on-site workplace arrangement).
