About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Microsoft SharePoint Developer to design, develop,

and maintain SharePoint-based solutions that support business processes and collaboration

across the organization. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of IT experience, with a

strong background in SharePoint development, customization, and integration.

Experience in SharePoint On-Premises (2016/2019) is a must.

This role will involve working closely with business and technical teams to deliver

innovative and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibili,es

• Design, develop, and deploy SharePoint sites, pages, workflows, and applications.

• Customize SharePoint solutions using SPFx, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power

Automate, Power BI), and other Microsoft tools.

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize existing SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint

Online environments.

• Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise systems and applications.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design and solution

architecture.

• Ensure proper governance, permissions, and security of SharePoint environments.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into

technical specifications.

• Provide technical support, training, and guidance to end-users on SharePoint solutions.Qualifica,ons & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 3–5 years of professional IT experience, with at least 3 years in SharePoint development.

• Hands-on experience in SharePoint On-Premises (2016/2019) is required.

• Proficiency in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.

• Strong knowledge of SPFx, C#, .NET, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, and PowerShell.

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).

• Familiarity with SharePoint architecture, site collections, content types, and workflows.

• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and its integration with SharePoint.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-600, SharePoint Administrator/Developer) are a plus.
