Job Description – Branch Manager
The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the overall operations of the branch. This includes overseeing daily activities, driving sales performance, managing and motivating staff, controlling inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
Achieve sales targets and maximize upselling opportunities.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding performance.
Manage cash operations, expenses, and financial reporting in line with company policies.
Monitor inventory levels, supervise stock receiving, and organize regular stocktakes.
Ensure attractive and organized product displays that reflect the brand image.
Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to senior management.
Analyze KPIs, sales data, and competitor activities to improve branch performance.
Support local marketing initiatives in coordination with the marketing department.
Proven experience in retail sales and branch management.Strong leadership and people management skills.Solid knowledge of sales operations, inventory control, and customer service.Ability to set and achieve sales targets.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.High level of organizational and time management skills.Preferably with experience in furniture, home appliances, fabrics, or clothing.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
