- Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules using industry-standard planning tools.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Analyze project progress, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports, forecasts, and status updates to senior management and project teams.
- Lead the preparation of baseline schedules and ensure all project milestones are clearly defined and achievable.
- Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies to address potential scheduling conflicts or resource constraints.
- Collaborate with procurement, construction, and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
- Maintain accurate records of project changes, variations, and claims for effective project control.
- Support the implementation of project management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering..Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 7 years of relevant experience in project planning within Development, Construction, or related industries.Proven experience with planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent tools.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and scheduling techniques.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
