As Dental Lab Assistant Manager,  this position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the snap-on veneer production process, ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained while meeting production deadlines. 

This role requires knowledge of cosmetic dental appliances, particularly snap-on veneers, and the ability to lead a technical team in a precision manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee the complete production workflow for custom snap-on veneers from digital impressions to final product delivery.
● Coordinate with dental technicians to ensure accurate interpretation of dental impressions and digital scans.
● Manage production schedules to meet customer delivery timelines while maintaining quality standards.
● Quality Assurance & Control (for finished veneers for color matching, fit, aesthetics, and structural integrity).
● Implement and maintain robust quality control processes specific to cosmetic veneer production.

● Investigate and resolve quality issues related to veneer fabrication, including color variations and fit problems.
● Ensure all cosmetic products meet the stringent aesthetic standards required for smile enhancement.

● Supervise, mentor, and train a team of dental technicians.
● Coordinate workflow assignments based on technician expertise.
● Stay current with evolving industry standards for removable cosmetic dental appliances.


Daily Tasks: 

● Monitor production workflow for snap-on veneer fabrication stages (model pouring, waxing, acrylic application, polishing).
● Verify the accuracy of dental models against patient impressions or digital scans.
● Manage the allocation of specialized tasks among technicians (color matching, trimming, finishing)
Quality Control Tasks.
● Verify that veneers meet specific shade requirements and have a uniform appearance.
● Document quality metrics related to cosmetic appearance and structural integrity.
● Approve final products for shipment to customers or dental professionals.

Operational Tasks: 

● Maintain equipment used in veneer fabrication (polishing, machines, curing units, etc.)
● Update production tracking systems with the status of current orders
● Communicate with customer service regarding production timelines and special requests..
