Senior Recruitment Executive

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for mid to senior-level positions, ensuring alignment with EFS Facilities Services’ strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to identify current and future staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and technical fit with the organization.
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, maintaining clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Negotiate job offers and employment terms, ensuring alignment with company policies and market benchmarks.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate and requisition data.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies during the recruitment process.

  5 to 7 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within facilities management or related industries. Demonstrated expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for a variety of roles and levels. Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Fluent in English level is a MUST. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
