Job Purpose
Main responsibilities\:
-Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
-Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital reporting and analytics.
-Create daily reports and trackers to ensure data quality and data coherence
-Identify and implement new reporting tools and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
-Identify and analyse daily trends and patterns across all digital entertainment platforms
-Work closely with marketing research team to create and follow up on ah-hoc studies and quarterly trackers for all digital entertainment platforms
-Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
-Monitor, evaluate, and report on similar industry activities; make recommendations based on findings/opportunities discovered
-Responsible for reporting digital platform penetration among ET base and different tariffs
-Follow up on reporting requirements based on business needs from all supporting functioning
-Ensure periodic (weekly & monthly) reporting from Insights, Research, customer experience, big data, customer care, budgeting and technical teams
-Ensure the availability of all required data from all supporting functions for decision making
-Create reports of customer experience journey across all digital entertainment platforms in all experience phases and provide gap analysis against competition
-Work closely with big data and data mining teams to create lifestyle profiles for better targeting and understanding
-Follow up on all operational issues and ensure reporting it in the right forums for top management alignment
-Design and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance of digital platforms.
-Build and manage daily dashboards and reports that visualize data effectively and deliver actionable insights.
-Present reports and insights to senior management and key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

-Ensure periodic reporting for TV, Music, Games, Sports and any new area across digital entertainment app(s) for users and artists as well as reporting of portals (Games and sports) .
-Work closely with marketing research team to create and follow up on ah-hoc studies and quarterly trackers for all digital entertainment platforms
-Work closely with big data and data mining teams to create lifestyle profiles for better targeting and understanding .
-Monitor, evaluate, and report on similar industry activities; make recommendations based on findings/opportunities discovered
