  • Administer day-to-day HR operations, including employee records management, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Support recruitment activities by coordinating interviews, preparing job postings, and assisting with candidate screening.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements in all HR practices.
  • Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and HR databases.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and performance appraisal processes.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll matters.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for management review.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address HR-related needs and resolve employee issues.

Female ONLYBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a corporate or industrial environment.Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and Saudi labor laws.Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR information systems.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office-based setting.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
