Job Responsibilities:
- Document Control (digital & paper filing system).
- HR Administration: employees’ files, attendance, contracts, basic HR support.
- Bookkeeping: simple expense tracking & coordination with external accountant.
- Office management: logistics, office supplies, coordinating office assistant.
- Support CEO and project teams in daily administrative tasks.
Requirements:5–7 years of proven experience as Executive Secretary / Office Manager.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office & Google Workspace.Basic knowledge of bookkeeping.Fluent in English (written & spoken).Background in engineering/consultancy offices is a plus.
