2-4 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest needs.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.Familiarity with hotel management systems and reservation software is an advantage.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate across departments.Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
