- Study the project documents including drawings, specifications, BOQ, RFI, RFP,
correspondence...etc. to take into consideration all the project details during
execution.
- Conduct the quantity surveying process to Prepare the subcontractors’ and
clients’ invoices based on IR and the progress report sent by the site engineer.
- Follow up consultant requirements and site issues to prepare solutions.
- Prepare shop drawing and submit it for endorsement before execution.
- Prepare As built drawings.
- Coordinate with other trades to solve any conflict.
- Check the project documents (Contract, Codes, Specs, Drawings, and BOQ) to
ensure the compatibility of the engineering scope.
-Prepare all quantities and its submittal from consultant.
● Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil EngineeringMinimum of 3 years and up to 6 years of experience in a technical office role within infrastructure projects.Proven experience in preparing and reviewing technical documentation, shop drawings, and BOQs.Strong understanding of infrastructure systems, including electromechanical and civil works.Excellent organizational and project management skills.Proficiency in relevant engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office Suite.
