• Prepares and submits the services and maintenance plan to the service center Manager.
• Prepares capacity and resource plans as per the set departmental objectives and ensures their efficient execution and their total compliance to the quality and safety standards.
• Ensure the speedy and appropriate repair and maintenance of customer vehicles and compliance with all the company’s policies and procedures.
• Sets the standards and performance measures of his workshop in line with the company’s strategic direction, cascades it down to the overseen technicians and monitors their timely implementation, and ensures achievement of their objectives.
• Ensures efficient and timely implementation of maintenance programs for all the maintenance equipment.
• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering• From 5 - 7 years of experience preferred Nissan .• Results Orientation• Customer Focus• Teamwork• Creativity & Innovation
