Design Development and Production Architects
Role Description
As a design development and production architect, you are expected to be aware of the technical parameters related to the design process. You will be part of the architectural team and you will support, lead and coordinate the design stages through all phases to ensure the delivery of the project requirements to a high standard and quality measures.
Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from a reputable university7-10 years of working experienceFamiliar with all phases of design and constructionProven Track record of experience in Design and Technical Design Development of projectsHospital buildings Experience is a MUST.Knowledge of relevant codes, guidelines, and regulationsKnowledge of relevant details and material specificationsRevit Experience is a MUSTSkills:Strong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency of English language (written/ verbal)Detail-oriented individualTake charge individually with strong leadership skillsStrong multitasking and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to lead in a cross-functional team environment
