Office Manager

Job Description:
Al Hayat Medical Group, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking to hire a male Office Manager to the Chairman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Chairman’s office, coordinating administrative activities, and ensuring smooth communication between the Chairman and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize the Chairman’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.

Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence.

Act as a liaison between the Chairman and different departments.

Follow up on decisions and directives issued by the Chairman.

Manage incoming and outgoing communications.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and files.

 


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Office Manager or in a senior executive administrative role.Strong communication and organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Office applications.Very good command of English (written and spoken).Male candidates only.Professional, organized, and proactive personality.Benefits:Attractive salary (to be discussed in the interview).Professional working environment.Career development opportunities.
