Strategic Leadership

  • Define and implement the company’s project delivery strategy
  • Align project goals with broader business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, procurement, and operations

Project Oversight

  • Supervise multiple project managers and ensure consistent execution across sites
  • Monitor progress, budgets, and timelines for all active projects
  • Approve project plans, schedules, and resource allocations

Financial & Risk Management

  • Oversee project budgets and financial performance
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure profitability and cost control across the portfolio

Quality & Compliance

  • Enforce quality assurance protocols and safety standards
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and environmental guidelines
  • Conduct regular audits and performance reviews

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, and government authorities
  • Present project updates to executive leadership and board members
  • Resolve escalated issues and maintain high client satisfaction

Team Development

  • Mentor and develop project managers and site leaders
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Lead recruitment and succession planning for the projects department

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Construction ManagementMinimum 15 years of experience in construction project management with at least 2 years of experience as Projects Manager/Projects DirectorExperience in a construction company is a mustExperience in large scale commercial/residential projects is a mustProficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD)Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
