Project Manager

Project Planning & Execution

  • Define scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements
  • Create detailed work breakdown structures and timelines
  • Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractor selection

Team Leadership

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams including site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors
  • Conduct regular team briefings and performance evaluations
  • Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and collaboration

Budget & Cost Control

  • Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
  • Approve expenditures and manage cost-saving initiatives
  • Handle financial reporting and billing milestones

Quality Assurance

  • Implement quality control procedures and inspection schedules
  • Ensure adherence to technical specifications and client expectations
  • Address defects and initiate corrective actions promptly

Stakeholder Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and authorities
  • Provide weekly progress reports and host client meetings

Risk & Compliance Management

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and safety regulations
  • Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory reviews

Technology & Reporting

  • Utilize project management software for scheduling and reporting
  • Analyze KPIs and generate dashboards for executive review
  • Recommend process improvements based on data insights

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction ManagementMinimum 12–15 years of experience in construction project managementExperience in a construction company is a mustExperience in large scale commercial/residential projects is a mustProficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD)Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
