We are looking for a motivated Sales & Operations Manager to lead our car garage specialized in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) and car polishing services. The role combines business development with hands-on operational management to ensure a smooth customer experience, efficient workflow, and steady business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Attract new customers through partnerships, referrals, and local marketing initiatives.
- Prepare and present service packages, promotions, and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Monitor customer feedback and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Operations Management
- Oversee daily garage operations, including scheduling, service delivery, and staff performance.
- Ensure all jobs (PDR repairs, polishing, detailing) are delivered on time with high-quality standards.
- Manage workshop resources (tools, equipment, materials) efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Implement and monitor workflow processes to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
Team Leadership
- Supervise technicians, ensuring proper training and adherence to PDR and polishing best practices.
- Set performance goals and motivate the team to achieve them.
- Enforce safety, cleanliness, and quality standards in the garage.
