- Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with team leads and stakeholders to identify gaps and priorities.
- Design and deliver on-the-job training, classroom sessions, and online learning programs tailored to business needs.
- Perform coaching sessions to reinforce learning and support development.
- Conduct training audits to ensure consistency, quality, and effectiveness.
- Extract and analyze training audit findings to continuously improve content and delivery.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and job aids.
- Evaluate training outcomes using feedback tools, assessments, and performance indicators.
Maintain accurate training records and reports for tracking and compliance.
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.Proven Experience as a Sales Trainer.Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.TOT (Training of Trainers) certification is a plus.2 to 3 years of experience in retail or sales training is mandatory.Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with e-learning tools.Must be available for business travel across Egypt and abroad.
