- Monitor and respond promptly to customer messages on social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Answer customer inquiries about services, prices, and offers in a professional manner.
- Handle phone calls and follow up with clients when needed.
- Book and manage client appointments and cancellations through the salon’s booking system.
- Coordinate with the beauty team to ensure appointment accuracy and availability.
- Maintain a friendly, welcoming, and professional communication style with all clients.
- Keep records of client inquiries, feedback, and appointment schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in the CRM system.
1-3 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or social media monitoring role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Comfortable working onsite in New Cairo, First Settlement.Knowledge of beauty/esthetic services is a plus.Good computer skills (Excel, Word, and social media platforms).Working hours is everyday from 11 am to 8pm except a Day (Friday is working day)AGE requirement: 21-30years old
