HR Personnel and Payroll Specialist

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal HR policies.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs and statutory deductions.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Administer and process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave balances, and personnel files.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including contract preparation, documentation, and exit interviews.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies in a timely and professional manner.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in HR and payroll administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Strong knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, and statutory requirements.Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software applications.Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
