Human Resources Generalist

  • Administer and coordinate day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Manage benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee communications.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and goal setting.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and support workforce planning.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3-7 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar HR role.Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment.Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
