We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Section Head to lead our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with Green Modeling Contracting’s growth objectives and commitment to sustainability. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong talent pipelines, and leading a team to success.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.Proven experience in the construction or engineering industry is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of various sourcing methods and recruitment technologies (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter).Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
