  • ● Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction metrics.

  • ● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions relevant to assigned accounts.

  • ● Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.

● 1-3 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or related role.● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.● Ability to work full-time, under pressure, and in a fast-paced office environment.● Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
