Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant engineering field—Mechanical, Electrical, or preferably Petroleum Engineering.Advanced degrees (MBA)+15 years of proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably within the oil, energy, or industrial sectors experience and knowledge in ESP systemsStrong understanding of local market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and business practices.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.Willingness to travel within the country as required.Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
