- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HVAC sector, targeting commercial, industrial, and residential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their HVAC needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of HVAC products and services.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate technical specifications and seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits and technical assessments to evaluate client requirements and recommend appropriate HVAC systems.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving technical issues.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking activities to promote company offerings and expand market presence.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
Qualifications: 2 to 3 years of experience in sales of central air conditioning systems.Preferably based in Cairo.Strong communication and negotiation skills with customers.Ability to work independently and under pressure.Preferably has previous experience dealing with the pharmaceutical sector or selling HVAC solutions to pharmaceutical plants.
