Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all forklifts and minor mechanical tasks (including but not limited to troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, etc.)
- Confirming with the customer service visits that meet the agreed due time
- Responsible for performing maintenance work for electrical/diesel forklifts
- Performing fault tracing and repair work for electrical & diesel forklift models
- Responsible for installing, controlling, inspecting incl. commissioning / re-commissioning the new forklifts
- Completing the service task given during the due date.
- Achieving/ensuring customer satisfaction for each job done.
- Performing final reports and documentation forms and ensuring their reception to the service coordinator.
- Open new opportunities for the maintenance/repair needed during each and any assigned job.
- Full responsibility for all received company assets (tools, field service cars…etc.).
