  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to develop integrated campaigns aligned with brand goals.
  • Manage budgets, track expenditures, and ensure campaigns remain within allocated financial parameters.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, emerging trends, and new media opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with media vendors and partners to secure advantageous rates and placements.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, platform updates, and best practices in media buying and digital marketing.
  • Test and implement new media channels and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure all media buys comply with legal, ethical, and brand guidelines.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.2-5 years of proven experience as a Media Buyer or in a similar marketing role.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Experience managing budgets and optimizing campaign spend.Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic buying tools.Ability to work effectively in an office-based, fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and media planning software.Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
