Facility Management Supervisor

  • Follow up on Buffet in terms of cleaning and drinks quality according to HSE regulations.
  •  Create a vacation plan and follow up on it with administration employees.  
  • Weekly inventory for cleaning and buffet materials.
  • Create a cleaning plan for the whole administrative building and follow up on its execution.
  • Report and follow up on everything related to maintenance and send it to project management.
  • Coordinates of the meeting room
  • Allocation of new employees
  • Quality of cleaning and drinks according to HSE regulations. 
  • Administration employees' schedule.  
  • Shortage in the weekly inventory of cleaning and buffet materials.
  • Execution of the cleaning plan for the administrative building 
  • Report of maintenance needed 
  • Coordinates of the meeting room
  • Accuracy of allocation of new employees

A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.About 4-7 years of relevant experience.Previews experience in hotels & tourism is a plus.V.Good command of Arabic & English.Planning & Organizing.Accountability.Leadership Skills.Problem Solving.
