- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections across production facilities.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, international standards, and company requirements.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, preparing detailed reports and corrective action plans.
- Deliver HSE training and awareness sessions for employees at all levels.
- Collaborate with management to promote a strong safety culture in textile operations.
- Monitor and control workplace hazards, particularly in dyeing, finishing, and production units.
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.5–7 years of proven HSE experience in textile factories (mandatory).Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes and associated risks.Familiarity with SMETA, ICS, BSCI,SA 8000 and other relevant standards.Excellent communication, reporting, and training skills.Ability to work under pressure and lead safety initiatives effectively.
