- Develop and design structural systems for industrial and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with international codes and standards.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations for structural components using advanced design software.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, project managers, and construction professionals, to deliver integrated project solutions.
- Conduct structural analysis and simulations to assess load, stability, and safety of proposed designs.
- Review and approve technical documentation, shop drawings, and material submittals for structural works.
- Participate in site inspections and provide technical support during construction to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
- Identify and resolve design challenges, proposing innovative solutions to optimize structural performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure all structural designs adhere to environmental, safety, and sustainability guidelines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and construction technologies.
- Support project scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning related to structural engineering tasks.
Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience OR Master’s/PhD in Structural/Civil EngineeringSpecialization in either:Reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete design, ORSteel structure design (including connection design)Proficiency in CSI SAP2000, Midas, Staad, or similar FEM software3+ years of experience in structural design and constructionStrong knowledge of relevant international design codesAbility to independently execute designs and review technical documentsFluent in English (written and spoken)Excellent communication and teamwork skillsWillingness to travel as required
