- Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate regular stock counts to maintain accuracy.
- Oversee and guide warehouse staff, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, housekeeping standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to optimize workflow and meet delivery deadlines.
- Manage and review documentation related to shipments, inventory, and warehouse activities.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of warehouse equipment and facilities.
- Resolve issues related to damaged goods, discrepancies, or delays in shipments.
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and operational challenges.
● Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.● Proven ability to lead, supervise, and motivate warehouse teams.● Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock management procedures.● Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic computer applications (Excel, email, data entry).● Solid understanding of workplace safety standards, equipment handling, and compliance regulations.● Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.● Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to coordinate with multiple departments.● Ability to prepare reports, analyze inventory data, and recommend improvements.● Flexibility to work full-time and adapt to urgent or shifting priorities.● Experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or import/export operations is a plus.
