- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of goods, materials, and supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock using WMS or manual logs.
- Organize and arrange goods in the warehouse for easy identification and access.
- Ensure proper labeling, barcoding, and documentation for stored and exported goods.
- Prepare goods for dispatch, including packing, labeling, and verifying export documents.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchasing/logistics for replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Safeguard inventory against loss, theft, or damage.
- Collaborate with logistics and export teams to ensure timely shipments.
- Handle goods properly, including fragile and hazardous cargo.
- Coordinate with shipping and export teams to prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
- Assist in preparing shipping documents (packing lists, export invoices, cargo manifests).
- Support supervisors and managers in daily warehouse operations.
High school diploma or equivalent (higher qualification is a plus).1–7 years of experience in warehouse/storekeeping (preferably in shipping or export companies).Basic knowledge of warehousing and inventory control practicesStrong understanding of logistics, import/export procedures, and warehouse best practices.●Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Physical ability to handle, move, and arrange goods.Commitment to discipline and adherence to company policies.
