Administrative Affairs Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Handle company procedures with governmental and investment entities.
  • Prepare and submit documents to Labor Office, Social Insurance, Investment Authority, etc.
  • Follow up on licenses, permits, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain company records and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Bachelor’s degree .2–5 years of experience in administrative affairs, preferably in real estate development or contracting.Proven experience in dealing with governmental and investment authorities.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
