- Participate in developing and implementing the annual recruitment plan in coordination with different departments.
- Coordinate with departments to understand their needs and define the suitable job description.
- Prepare and post job ads through different channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews with candidates.
- Organize and manage interviews with the concerned departments and submit final recommendations.
- Negotiate with candidates on job offers in line with salary and benefits policies.
- Develop a database for potential candidates (Talent Pool).
- Follow up on recruitment metrics and work on solving any related challenges.
- Contribute to improving the company’s image as an attractive employer.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Communicate with new employees during the probation period to follow up on any complaints or issues and work on solving them with the management.
- Any other tasks related to the job.
University degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the shipping/transportation/logistics sector.Proficiency in using digital recruitment tools and job posting platforms.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to manage more than one recruitment process at the same time.
