Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified blue-collar workers (technicians, drivers, operators, laborers, etc.).
Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, manpower suppliers, and field visits.
Coordinate with line managers to understand manpower needs and job requirements.
Arrange and schedule interviews, trade tests, and medical examinations.
Support in contract preparation, job offers, and pre-employment documentation.
Facilitate onboarding processes including orientation sessions for new hires.
Track recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, turnover rate).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR, with a strong focus on blue-collar and mass hiring.Knowledge of job boards, social media recruiting, and offline sourcing channels (e.g., job fairs, community centers, vocational schools).Strong communication and negotiation skills.
