Business Development:

  • Identify and research potential business opportunities in the education sector, including schools, educational organizations, and community groups.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to expand  Academy's reach and market presence.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to promote our robotics programs and services.

 

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for open enrollment courses and organizational programs.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting techniques.
  • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of Academy's offerings.
  • Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Marketing Lead Follow-up:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and requirements, and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.
  • Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and inform product development and service enhancements.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field.Proven track record of success in business development and sales, preferably in the education or technology sector.Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and persuade decision-makers.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.Proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written, with the ability to write concept notes and proposals effectively.Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.Experience in the education industry and knowledge of STEAM education trends are a plus.
