Technical Office Manager

• Lead and supervise the Technical Office team to ensure accurate and timely project deliverables.
• Review and approve invoices, claims, variation orders, and cost estimates.
• Oversee pricing strategies and cost control processes for all project phases.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and contracts.
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and site teams to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management.

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.• Strong background in invoices, claims, cost estimation, pricing, and variations.• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
