We are seeking a highly skilled Planning & Cost Control Engineer with proven experience in aluminum façade solutions. The role focuses on preparing project schedules, monitoring progress, controlling costs, and ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of façade works.
- Develop baseline schedules for aluminum façade projects using Primavera/MS Project.
- Prepare project budgets, BOQs, and cost estimates for façade works.
- Monitor actual costs vs. budget and prepare cost variance reports.
- Track material procurement, fabrication, and installation activities.
- Coordinate façade execution with civil, MEP, and finishing teams to avoid conflicts.
- Identify and mitigate project risks related to time, cost, and materials.
- Analyze and validate subcontractors’ claims, variation orders, and payment applications.
- Provide regular progress reports, cash flow forecasts, and cost analysis to management.
- Support value engineering initiatives to optimize cost without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.4–7 years of experience in planning & cost control, with a focus on aluminum façade / curtain wall projects.Strong knowledge of façade materials (aluminum profiles, glass, cladding, accessories).Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and cost control tools (Excel, ERP systems).Experience in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and project budgeting.Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and variation order procedures is a plus.Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
