- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries and service requests; ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of client needs and to align on service delivery capabilities
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, competitive landscape, and innovations within the freight forwarding space; use insights to identify new sales opportunities.
- Build and grow a strong client portfolio
- Conduct regular meetings with prospects and existing clients
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals - Follow up on payments & credit terms with client
At least 3-5 years of sales/business development experience in freight forwarding (air, sea, and land). Multinational is preferred Very good command in English language is a mustFamiliarity with CRM systems, logistics management software, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for the logistics industry and a drive to succeed.Strong negotiation and relationship-building and Presentation skills.
