We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in the digital space.
The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Lead and oversee the marketing team, ensuring effective execution of campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to maximize ROI.
- Manage the marketing budget, allocate spend efficiently, and ensure cost-effective campaigns.
- Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with revenue targets.
- Oversee content creation (blogs, website, social media, ads, videos) to ensure consistency with brand voice.
- Monitor digital trends, tools, and best practices, implementing innovations to stay ahead of competitors.
- Strengthen the company’s online presence and reputation across digital platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, influencers, and digital agencies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools & platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
Excellent understanding of SEO/SEM, PPC, social media advertising, content strategy, and analytics.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data.
Leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a team.
