Assist in providing guidance and support to squad members on UX/UI principles and practices under the supervision of senior team members. - Help monitor timelines and quality standards across the squad's deliverables, ensuring alignment with sprint goals. - Collaborate with stakeholders to draft initial business UI/UX requirements during the design phase. - Prepare and maintain UX/UI documentation including: Visual Designs (VD), Iconography and design assets, UX specifications for user stories. - Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) - Attention to detail and time management - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
