Job Description

Handle Operation Duties on System.
Check invoices against the orders.
Maintain data accuracy in orders and invoices.
Check daily actual orders.
Handle administrative duties.
Maintain quality control over the operation process.
Maintain and update Operation and customer records.
Develop daily, weekly & monthly sales reports.
Maintain sales filing during the sales cycle.
Follow up with the drivers & collectors until delivering the final documents.
Support the sales team with finalizing appropriate sales documentation.
Identifying and resolving any problems in the production process.

Requirements:

Experience Needed:0 to 3 years
A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a must.
Preferred reside in Maadi .
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Fast learner, able to work both independently and within a team.
Good English communication skills (written & verbal).
